1770    School of Anatomy founded by William Hunter on Great Windmill Street, London. With partner William Smellie new training techniques developed for Doctors and Midwives.
1793    Morbid Anatomy published by Matthew Bailie
1795    Puerperal Fever investigated by Dr. Gordon of Aberdeen.
1796    Edward Jenner develops Vaccine for Smallpox.
1853    Vaccination made compulsory by British Government.
1853    Alexander Wood developed Glass syringe with attached hollow needle.
1881    Louis Pasteur announced Vaccine for Anthrax
1885    Louis Pasteur announced treatment for Rabies.
1885    Paul Ehrlich announced treatment for Diphtheria
