Edinburgh Hospitals
Bruntsfield Hospital
Founded in 1878 as Edinburgh Dispensary for Women and Children in Grove Street.
It later moved premises to Whitehouse Lane.
City Fever Hospital
Founded 1885 at High School Yards.
In 1903 it became the City Hospital for Infectious Diseases.
