Toxteth Park Poor Law Union and Workhouse

Located at 126, Smithdown Road, Toxteth, Liverpool.
It became Sefton General Hospital under the NHS, but the Hospital has now been closed and replaced by an ASDA supermarket.

Toxteth Park Cemetery
Toxteth Park Cemetery is located on Smithdown Rd and the records are held in the Liverpool Record Office on microfilm.   The records can provide the Burial Registers and the Order Books. 

Burial Registers are arranged by date of burial and can provide register number, date of burial, name, age, rank or profession, abode, parish or district, mode of burial (private or  public), section, grave number, by whom ceremony performed, signature of registrar.

Once you have the grave number and section, it is possible to write the Cemeteries Office which can provide a list of order numbers relating to that grave and all the interments with in it.
