New Workhouse for the Strand Union at Edmonton
The foundation stone of the new workhouse at Tanner's End Edmonton, was quietly laid on the 23rd instant. The anticipated expenditure is about £60,000. Mr. W.S. Cross is the architect. The tenders for some of the fittings were given in our last issue.
