Seisdon Union
Board day, Tuesday, fortnightly, at the Board room, Trysull, at 12 noon.
The Union comprises the following Parishes, Bobbington, Codsall & Oaken,
Enville, Himley, Kinver, Pattingham, Lower Penn, Rudge, Tettenhall Regis,
Trysull & Seisdon, Upper Penn, Wombourne, Woodford Grange and Wrottesley.
The population of the Union in 1891 was 17,712, area 44,825 acres, rateable
value £106,422,

Collector to Guardians and Relieving Officer for the Union, R. May, Wombourne.
Superintendent Registrar, Edwin Pritchard, St Peter's Close, Wolverhampton.
The Workhouse, Trysull, a building of brick built from 1858 to 1860 from designs
by George Bidlake and Lovatt, to hold 120 inmates.
In 1896 the Master and Matron were Mr. and Mrs Thomas Summers.
