Poor Law Union and Workhouse
Keighley Union comprises the six parishes & townships of
Keighley, Bingley, East & West Morton, Haworth, Steeton cum
Eastburn and
Sutton, but the Superintendent Registrar's District comprises also Silsden.
Mr John & Mrs Segar are master & matron of the small old Workhouse at Exley Head, but there is another union house at
Bingley.
